Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ:

In my last fax (dated Sunday, March 1, 2009), I indicated that I would be contacting you by mail regarding a number of issues, including my previous written letter dated November 11, 2007.

Due to the changing circumstances, I was not able to send that correspondence. However, this past week’s developments have radically altered my scheduling.

At this point, I feel that an abbreviated process is in everyone’s best interest.

Therefore, I would like to invite you to a Reconciliation Forum, which has been established on a private electronic forum – through a church ministry -- which I believe will better serve our purposes in resolving these matters.

By Monday, March 9, 2009, I will be sending you by mail a packet of information, which contains:
1) a letter describing who should participate in this electronic forum,
why,
and what I feel we may accomplish by this venue,
2) access information for the electronic forum,
3) a copy of the Pledge of Confidentiality, which I request that all
participants sign before entering the forum.

In order to access this electronic forum, each participant will need to provide me with an active and valid email address and a signed Pledge of Confidentiality.

Regina and/or Billy Russell, this is where I must ask for your assistance: Once the packet has been read, participants have been selected, and the Pledges have been signed, I will ask that you deliver this information and the signed Pledges to a
Bolivar address no later than Thursday, March 12. (Please don’t worry, the street address is in a safe part of town.)

Additionally, I have enclosed a list of seven link references, which will be relevant to our discussions. I request that (only) the pastors (past and present) and the current staff of First Baptist Church of Bolivar become acquainted with these resources.

I thank you for your assistance.

Your attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated, please.

Praying for Your Wisdom, Integrity and Prosperity,

Marie O’Hara
